HALOTHERAPY SALT CAVE

Halotherapy Salt Cave sessions are 45 minutes long in zero- gravity lounging chairs and can ac-commodate up to 10 people per session, unless you arrange for a private session. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.

Infrared Therapeutic Heat Lamp
The deep heat of the Infrared Herbal Heat Lamp helps to relieve discomfort by dilating the blood vessels. This will increase blood circulation and allow more oxygen to reach soft tissue injuries and sore muscles. As blood circulation increases it will carry metabolic waste products our and delivers oxygen rich blood to oxygen-depleted muscles. Muscles relax most readily when tissues are warm.

Grace Detox Steamer
Uses steam to increase perspiration and promote well-being. This steamer technique has been recognized for centuries as having potential healing effects while sitting in the steamer. When sweat is combined with essential oils and herbs it helps to remove toxins from the body, reduce inflammation and cleanses the skin. The body is partly composed of water therefore, weight loss may be experienced. The steamer also aids in opening the airway and mucous membrane which may improve breathing and respiratory congestion.
